ON-Ramp: New Horizons in Cultural Tourism is less than three weeks away! The road to recovery presents new challenges to audience development and community engagement. At this gathering, the arts, culture and tourism sectors will convene to discuss and solve for these challenges. Plus – there will be performances, walking tours, and more.

Session highlights include:

Black Tourism: Trends and Expectations, where Jacqueline Scott of Black Outdoors and the University of Toronto will offer suggestions on how to engage Black travellers, an often overlooked growth sector

Understanding Economic Impact: What Role Does Culture Play? A lively discussion on the economic impact of arts and culture, with speakers Kathleen Sharpe, Tim Jennings, and Vikas Kohli

The Creative Sector and Placemaking: Artists as Part of Healthy Communities. Craft Ontario leads a panel on fostering support for artists while building resilient, local cultural capacity
