Space is 18’ x 18’, powered with 110 outlets with air lines. Windows on two sides, one side shared with a neighbour. Makers renting a space must provide their own workbenches, hand tools, hardware and consumables.

Monthly rates are: $1800 + tax / month

Additional employee rates are: $300 per employee per month, which grants standard member access to the studio for the employee

Additional storage is available at a cost, depending on how much is required, but workspace is ample enough to include storage.
