Established in 1965, Theatrix has more than 50,000 rental garments for the film and TV Industry. Included in your space booking, we are offering a 20% discount on all wardrobe rentals. At just over 1200 sq ft, this well-lit rental space is perfect for accommodating Hair and Makeup artists, Catering, Meetings, Offices, Casting, and more!
*Our large 1200sq ft space is ideal for pre-production and can also be used as a set for very large shows. The location can also be used as a gear stash and AD office.

- The rental space includes a 20% discount on all wardrobe rentals
- 25% of the fee to hold the location, 25% upon arrival, and the remaining 50% upon wrapping
