Winds of Chains Jewellery

  • Jewelry

I began to learn how to bead with metal and with beadweaving about 20 years ago, at Beads of Colour in Dundas. Ten years ago, I started to experiment with making chain initially because I couldn't find store-bought chains and findings that matched the wire I used to wire the beads. I enjoy making chain, varying the sizes and patterns of the components of the chain.  Though I create chain necklaces without embellishment, most necklaces, earrings, and bracelets I create include beads or stone that are: semi-precious, dyed, glass, resin, wood, needle-felted and water-felted beads. I enjoy the creating process.
