Oluwadunbarin ( HunnyBee) is an interdisciplinary artist that focuses mainly on digital art and traditional painting styles. Her work consists of semi-abstracted and reduced depictions of wood grain patterns and lines with the occasional human or animalistic element incorporated into it. She is heavily influenced by music, mental health, trauma, faith, and self-reflection and these themes often emerge through the color choices she uses. As a synesthete, the influence of music on her art is the most visible as its influence often results in her colour choices but the other themes often lay beneath the surface and emerge when the pieces are dissected and analyzed. Barin is currently completing her final year at McMaster University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Studio Arts with a minor in philosophy
