Hanna Bech's voice rings with raw feeling - yet playful and proficiently dances around the twists and surprise her music takes. She loves to balance light and shade - Whimsy and dark humour; complex tones and easy to sing hooks.  She loves stories, witticisms, and animals - all of which you will find in any set she performs.  In fact one of the reasons she became known in the community was for silly sing-alongs, such as in her song Fear of Crumbs where you sing along "F%&^ you gluten" (where age appropriate).
Hanna released her debut EP Naked Bones in 2017, was awarded The City of Hamilton's emerging artist in music 2017, and featured as the HPO's artist in their Indie Series.  Hanna is also known in the music community as a voice teacher, and for being a founding director of Hamilton Sings! Community Choir (for which she won City of Hamilton's emerging artist in Arts Education and Community Arts in 2019).
Hanna's sound compares to Regina Spektor, a hopeful Amanda Palmer, and Pink Martini.
