Creativity within the realm of mental health is a powerful tool that can foster healing and growth. As someone deeply involved in providing therapy for children, youth, and families, I can leverage creative approaches to enhance wellness services. Integrating art, music, and other expressive therapies into practice can provide clients with alternative means of communication, allowing them to express thoughts and emotions that may be challenging to articulate verbally. Creative interventions such as journaling, storytelling, or even narrative therapy can empower individuals to reshape their narratives and enhance their self-perception. I also enjoy integrating the use of play and other art-based activities into working with individuals, as it can be used therapeutically.

I bring a holistic and culturally responsive approach to my work, tailored to meet the unique needs of children, youth, adults, and families. My practice is firmly rooted in the belief that everyone possesses inherent strengths that can be harnessed for healing and growth.

I enjoy creating workshops or events that blend therapeutic concepts with creative expression, as well always open to collaborating with other community members who have an interest in arts and mental health.
