Calling all local artists, art lovers, and philanthropists! Please join Students Advancing Brain Cancer Research Club at McMaster University for our annual Art Auction Fundraiser for Brain Cancer Research on Wednesday, March 27th, from 6:30-9pm at the Phoenix McMaster. We have collected 25+ pieces of art from local artists, who have contributed their talents towards this worthy cause. All funds raised will be donated to Brain Cancer Canada and The Sheila Singh Lab at McMaster.
The purpose of this event is to raise awareness for brain cancer, fundraise for brain cancer research, and bring our community of artists, researchers, students, professors, and community members together on this mission.
We will hear from 2 inspiring speakers, Dr. Sheila Singh (Sheila Singh Lab), and Angela Scalisi (Chair of Brain Cancer Canada). There will be a live auction and a silent auction.
Please come out to support us and your fellow artists in the community! Food and drinks will be served at the event.
