Sylvia Galbraith offers an in-depth look at the intimately creative process behind the photographic works on display in her current exhibition at Smokestack Gallery, "What Time is This Place?" Through the making of this series, Galbraith became deeply familiarized with Newfoundland’s east-coast landscape and the multigenerational histories of the outport buildings she utilized as sites for camera obscuras.
