A part-time contract position suited for an early-career nonprofit and/or theatre professional providing administrative and communications support to Factory Theatre’s development department.
Responsibilities
- Processing donations in company database and internal financial reporting/tracking for all gifts
- Monthly financial reporting
- Administering charitable tax receipts
- Contact schedules and tracking for all lead donors and prospects
- Database maintenance
- Coordinate fulfilment of benefits and recognition (thank you messages, published donor lists)
- Copy writing for email and social content
- Quarterly donor impact newsletter
