The Artist-Direct Grant will award funds directly to GTA-based artists who have confirmed exhibitions in Canada between May 1, 2025 and May 1, 2026.
Application for the Artist-Direct Grant occur from January 1–15, 2025. This grant supports exhibitions and projects taking place between May 1, 2025, and May 1, 2026.
Grant Amount: $5,000
Eligibility: GTA-based artists with confirmed exhibitions in Canada.
The Artist-Direct Grant provides direct support to artists to cover:
Supplies
Studio rentals
Exhibition expenses
Production costs
Up to 50% of the grant can be used for time and labor
