Carla (Veldman) Morris is an independent film maker and has worked as a storyboard artist in the animation industry, with a background in stop-motion.
She finds inspiration in a number of places – illustrated children's books, NFB films, family stories, rural settings, and observing little slices of life. Originally from a small town in Niagara, she has lived and worked in both Toronto and Ottawa and has recently made Hamilton home.
