Demski is a Jamaican multi/inter-disciplinary visual artist producing work often using culinary and/or organic emblems (elements from nature) to question notions of accessibility, sustainability, and recoverability. The artwork generally explores the intersection between human/plant/animal endemism, and how they intermingle with culture and the natural environment.

"I make art that could hold powerful statements but that could also inspire joy! I tend to work very colorfully in most things that I create and I thrive on curiosity. Mark-making is a big part of my visual language and I enjoy working very gesturally whether drawing,  painting, or working with other mediums. This abstract/impressionistic approach sometimes emerges in my photographic work as well which usually takes place outside – in nature."
