Associated to the Iron Pour taking place the next day, CSCIA is excited to announce this free public event.
Guest Artists Alison Ouellette-Kirby and Noah Kirby are a husband/wife Canadian American artist team who will be sharing their experiences as metal casting visual and performance artists. In addition to their careers as individual artists, they return to working collaboratively. They are leaders within the North American iron casting community, as co-directors at the Six Mile Sculpture Works Program, and the Artist Residency in Granite City. IL. They have exhibited in Canada and in the United State.
This event is taking place in the Woodshed building at the Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology, at 900 Woodward Ave, Hamilton. The event is generously supported by the Ontario Arts Council, and the City of Hamilton.
