Aeris Körper Contemporary Dance presents PROSPECTS XI on Friday, March 11, 2022.
The PROSPECTS series opens the dance studio, transforming the craft of making dance into an interactive experience between artists and patrons. It’s the only dance event of its kind in the region, creating a unique environment to encourage informal dialogue between the choreographers, performers, and audience members.
PROSPECTS XI will present four choreographers’ original, in-progress works. After each presentation, each choreographer will lead a dialogue with the audience about their work, and patrons are encouraged to share reflections, ask questions, and provide feedback.
The choreographers presenting at PROSPECTS XI are: Belinda McGuire (New York/Toronto), Eshe (Hamilton), Jasmine Almaguer Sheldrick (Calgary), and Josh Taylor (Hamilton).
TICKETS: General Admission tickets are $25.00 in advance, Sliding Scale and Pay What You Can Option Available. Tickets can be purchased online at Eventbrite. This event is ASL interpreted.
