Musicata is joined by organist Stephen Boda and a professional string ensemble in Bach’s blazing choral masterpiece Christ lag in Todesbanden (Christ Lay in the Bonds of Death). Haydn’s Te Deum in C, as well as music by Ola Gjeilo and Musicata’s Artistic Director Roger Bergs give this concert an aura of joy, serenity, power and life. He notes that: "We were made for concerts like this".
