Moving Through Resistance – Mayumi Lashbrook

October 14 at 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Families are invited to dive into their bodies, learning how to identify/express stories that arise from within. Tune into your intuition, listen to sensation, engage in rich imagery and play in full bodied expression. This mindful practice is meant for all movers with a focus on breath, creative release and improvisation. Delight in your wholebeing expression!

Blending ideas from Somatic movement, Butoh and other creative movement forms, Moving Through Resistance is a way of playfully processing emotion through a wordless outlet.
