Join GOODBODYFEEL for a mixed modality movement class, blending strength, freedom, nervous system regulation and flow. We work with repetition and pace for deeper awareness with sprinklings of self-led exploration, play and maybe even making some noise (have you ever experienced the catharsis of screaming and squatting simultaneously?!) Come prepared to encourage the heart rate up and to soothe yourself back down. Spend time in the shapes your body can make, notice the different parts of yourself that come up and honour the wisdom of your sensations. This is not your average movement class and its benefits go beyond movement.
