The City of Hamilton is proud to present a new program this summer that will help bring live music back to our streets and public spaces. The Summer Concert Series features 10 free outdoor concerts with each concert hosted in a different location throughout the city.
On Friday July 15 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm join us for a concert featuring performances by local musicians Fake Shape and MER.
7:00pm Fake Shape
Fake Shape is an Alternative-Indie band from Hamilton, Ontario that formed in September 2018. Each musician offers their own aesthetic, creating music that falls between funk, indie-rock, pop and ambient electronic. They have been writing and recording at Fort Rose in Hamilton and are getting ready to release their debut EP, Night Swim. The songs drift through contrasting mindsets and morphing textures like navigating a solitary swim through dark water. https://linktr.ee/fakeshapemusic
