The City of Mississauga (the “City”) and SOFTlab are seeking an emerging to mid-career artist to participate in a unique, paid public art mentorship.
As part of the development of Park 540 (505 Webb Drive, Mississauga, ON), the City has commissioned SOFTlab to create a permanent public artwork, funded by a voluntary contribution from Rogers Real Estate Development Limited. We’re seeking a talented artist to join us in this exciting mentorship opportunity.
About the Opportunity:
- Mentorship with SOFTlab: Learn from the innovative New York City-based design studio led by Michael Szivos. SOFTlab combines cutting-edge technology, craft, and materials to blur the lines between art, architecture, and public spaces.
