905HLWY Gallery is accepting proposals for its exhibition space of print-based work: traditional print (lithography, silkscreen, intaglio, woodcut etc.), photography, book works, zines, graphic art, textiles, multiples and mixed media from artists or collectives at various stages of their careers.
Located within the new 905print on historic Ottawa street in Hamilton; HLWY offers two large walls comprising 40 running feet and a large installation project wall, on our main public floor with street access. We welcome proposals from local, regional, national and international artists.
As a multi-purpose venture offering artist production support to decor reproduction; 905print is interested in supporting creative exploration. The mandate of HLWY is to support artists engaging with critical, conceptual, or experimental ideas and approaches. We also welcome and we encourage, submissions from all communities which represent diverse perspectives.
905HLWY is a new addition to the contemporary gallery scene in Hamilton, programming six exhibitions a year. As we begin to create our inaugural program year commencing JUNE 2023, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Exhibitions are 8 weeks in duration.
