Artist Biography:

Vex is a pioneering trans/intersex drag performer, producer, and disability pride advocate based in Hamilton. As one of North America's few wheelchair-performing drag artists, Vex challenges conventional norms and champions the power of inclusive performance. Vex currently sits as founder of the Haus of Disruption as well as lead producer and host of Unapologetically Divine: Disabled Drag in the Spotlight, a showcase spotlighting an all-disabled cast of drag and burlesque performers.

At the heart of Vex's artistic endeavors is the commitment to visibility and inclusivity. Vex’s performances transform perceptions, inviting audiences into a world where barriers are dismantled and possibilities abound.
