Luke Phillips graduated from OCADU’s illustration program in 2022. After his time studying in Toronto he relocated to Hamilton, where he now works as a commercial screen printer and freelance illustrator. Luke enjoys integrating traditional print techniques into his artwork, and often creates around the themes of gender, sexuality, and alienation. The mirroring of queer identity in the natural world has been a particular interest of his lately, using his work to remind people that their existence is natural and can be affirmed by the fungi, plants, and insects around them.
