Jahmal " Jammy Lo" Pierre  was born in Ottawa  and finished  high school in Hamilton,   now  an accomplished model, actress, and singer in her own right, she is trying to expand her resume with the addition of a newly completed second season of her podcast, Life in Song, Satire and Stasis, she is making waves.  In response to the opioid and housing crisis  that Hamilton was facing,  Jammy  helped forged what is now known as Keeping Six, a harm reduction action  league assisting those with issues like mental  health, addiction, homelessness, abuse.  Keeping Six  has  an arts collective  in which, Jammy  is the Peer Events Coordinator, currently preparing for their fourth open mic with the Art Gallery of Hamilton,   Jammy  brings a fresh and open minded prospective, hoping  to shed a light on  some of the issues our community is facing and  hoping to bridge the divide and create a more unified environment  she uses her creative endeavours and expertise to channel  her solace, sorrow and splendor into a movement  driven by the need for a stronger safety net for our society.
