Having spent most of his life in Hamilton and its surrounding communities, Conor Marko takes influence from its storied and unique history, and his music reflects that. Weaving true tales and spellbinding stories from the places and people that make up the city, his blend of indie folk and rock captures the vibrancy of its artists as well as the steel foundations it was built upon. He has played at numerous venues and locations in the area, both as a solo artist and as a part of different Hamilton-based bands. He is currently recording his first solo EP, "Modern Secrets", with a studio album soon to follow. In a time of shifting identities and uncertain futures, Conor's songwriting forges a clear vision of the passion he has for his city, as well as the country that he calls home. His intention is to spread that message across the country, through performances, social media, and further releases of music.
